Dom has spent the last twenty years building and supporting businesses in a range of different sectors. He knows the power of coaching, and is skilled at helping clients identify and meet their leadership development needs.
Dom’s main focus at Open Space is on the development of client relationships. This spans from the building and onboarding of new relationships to making sure that existing clients continue to experience delight at the value added to them through the development of people.
Dom also helps to empower and upskill our team of associates, making sure that the right professionals are paired with the right clients to ensure a truly positive end-to-end experience.
