Paul has worked for many years as a facilitator, coach and trainer.
His work has a particular focus on leadership (e.g. the formulation of a vision and strategy), people management (e.g. coaching, delegation and conflict resolution) and commercial communication (e.g. consultative selling). Paul’s training and experience as a professional actor means he can also provide enjoyable and highly practical skills practice simulations.
Previously, Paul had a successful career as a portfolio manager for Kleinwort Benson Investment Management and continues to work as a consultant in the Financial Services Sector. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, and a Securities Institute Diploma in Financial Futures & Options, Investment Management and Investment Analysis.
